Proposed Development:

We assisted the Barnet Residents Association in objecting to a planning application for the residential redevelopment of an existing 12 storey office block in Whetstone. The proposed development included a large upward and outward extension to this existing tall building.   We worked with the residents association to help them understand the options open to them and how they could engage with local politicians to communicate their message to the local community.  We provided support at the planning committee, and subsequently at public inquiry.
