Proposed Development:

Planning permission was granted at appeal for a highly innovative scheme for 9 residential dwellings within the Green Belt in Biggin Hill, Kent. A previously permitted scheme for 5 dwellings was economically unviable – a new and creative approach was required to unlock the development potential of the site by increasing the number of units. The larger scheme is a more sympathetic development representing a visual improvement over the permitted scheme, set into the hillside and incorporating green roofs and walls, thereby ensuring that the design of the scheme worked in harmony with the surrounding landscape.
