Proposed Development:

NTR Planning successfully secured detailed planning permission for a major urban regeneration scheme within Bromley town centre on behalf of Cathedral Group (now Landsec U+I). This mixed-use development included a 19 storey residential building containing 200 apartments, a 9 screen multiplex cinema, 130 bedroom hotel and restaurant/commercial units set within a new central public space.

This major project at the southern end of Bromley Town Centre has served as a pivotal catalyst for the wider regeneration and renewal of Bromley town centre since the grant of permission of this scheme in 2012.
