Proposed Development:

NTR Planning has acted for abrdn for a number of years in connection with planning matters affecting Brotherhood Shopping Park in Peterborough.  This has included establishing the shopping park’s open A1 position through the Certificate of Lawfulness process at a Public Inquiry in 2009, which led to us negotiating the redevelopment of the shopping park and providing additional floorspace. 

Since this time we have secured permission for a number of new operators, including Oak Furnitureland, Pure Gym and Poundland.  NTR also received consent for an EV charging facility at the shopping park. 

NTR is currently working on a submission for a large extension to the M&S store.
