Proposed Development:

We acted for Celtic Manor Resort, hosts of the 2010 Ryder Cup, to devise a planning framework within which their development aspirations can be realised. This included a new policy in the emerging Revised Deposit LDP recognising the importance of the Celtic Manor, and allowing further development of leisure uses in the context of a Masterplan approach.
