Proposed Development:

NTR Planning has secured planning permission for Center Parcs’ first Forest Holiday Village in Ireland.  This €233m development will secure 1,500 jobs during the construction phase, and up to 1,000 jobs during operation, and will inject in the order of €1 billion into the Ireland economy in the first 20 years. 

The 395 acre development is discretely located in Newcastle Wood, near Ballymahon, County Longford and will include a familiar suite of Center Parcs facilities, including 470 lodges, 30 apartments, 21,200sqm of central buildings (Subtropical Swimming Paradise, sports hall, shops restaurants and cafés), Aqua Sana Spa, sports lake and leisure facilities.
