Proposed Development:

Planning permission achieved for Center Parcs’ fifth Forest Holiday village in 400 acres of green belt forest lying in the Bedford Estate, Woburn. NTR Planning was the lead consultant – we submitted the planning application and scoped the nature and content of the EIA as well as giving expert evidence at public inquiry. We secured the discharge of all planning conditions and obtained approval of all reserved matters.
