Proposed Development:

Acting on behalf of the Royal Borough of Greenwich and its town centre management team, NTR Planning secured outline planning permission for a major mixed-use proposal consisting of a new cinema and restaurant units within Eltham Town Centre.

This scheme, now implemented, has successfully diversified the range of uses offered within Eltham Town Centre and has served as a significant catalyst of activity adding to Eltham’s vitality, viability and economic resilience as a key component in the delivery of the Royal Borough of Greenwich’s Eltham Town Centre Masterplan.
