Proposed Development:

NTR Planning has been advising Trustees and Volunteers at the Havering Islamic Cultural Centre, Romford in relation to various matters since 2017. Temporary variation of planning condition was successfully achieved in 2018, again in 2022 and again in 2024 to extend the hours of operation, allowing for the undertaking of Ramadan prayers and activities in line with religious requirements. In January 2023, we secured planning permission for a lean-to extension to the building to provide additional secure and covered space for prayer, soup kitchen and food bank.

We are currently advising on the relocation of the Mosque, soup kitchen and food bank to ensure the continuation of these important local facilities.
