Planning permission was achieved for this multi-award-winning development in 2017. The scheme saw the re-development of the existing School refectory building to provide state of the art facilities for the School attached to the existing Grade II listed School building. The main planning considerations were concentrated on the impacts upon the listed building and upon the adjacent residential properties. A detailed decant strategy was required to maintain adequate catering facilities for the School during demolition and construction.
