In July 2023, we secured planning permission for 27 self-contained residential apartments within a 6 storey block (an uplift of 11 units from our previously approved scheme following architectural review to achieve a high quality design). The site, a former open storage and car breakers yard (now vacant), is immediately adjacent to a railway line, an electricity sub-station, an MOT testing centre and residential uses. We were lead consultant pulling together a multi-disciplinary team to address all the issues and meet the increasing high design and sustainability standards of the London plan.
