Proposed Development:

NTR Planning has advised K College (formerly West Kent College) on a variety of planning matters relating to the development of its main Brook Street site, Tonbridge. This includes planning permission for the College’s Campus 21 Project – a comprehensive masterplan for the site creating an educational complex fit for the 21st Century. In addition, NTR planning has successfully secured outline planning approval for residential redevelopment on part of the Campus site freed up for disposal and redevelopment following the implementation of the Campus 21 scheme.

The residential scheme has since been delivered by Bellway Homes, with all elements of the College masterplan also successfully implemented.
