Proposed Development:

NTR Planning delivered planning permission on behalf of CBRE for the provision of a new McDonald’s drive-thru restaurant in Shrewsbury.  A number of issues came into play with the planning application including flood risk, car parking, the effect of 24-hour operation on neighbouring residential amenities, heritage and the sequential test for town centre uses.  NTR Planning were successful in overcoming these matters to obtain a positive officer recommendation and obtain a successful outcome at with the planning Committee.
