Proposed Development:

We have worked with Mitchell Design and Construction (MDCL) on a number of commercial schemes across London and the Southeast.  In December 2022 we successfully achieved planning permission for a circa 7,000 sq.m. industrial warehouse in Dover.  The permission was structured to allow flexible use within class E (g), B2 and B8.  NTR Planning led a multi-disciplinary team and helped negotiate out a holding objection from National Highways, working with officers to achieve a positive delegated decision. 

We have recently received a resolution to grant permission for a 1,000 sq.m. speculative industrial warehouse in the North Feltham Trading Estate (adjacent to Heathrow airport) and have previously achieved permission for a replacement industrial warehouse (a demolition and replacement to accommodate an existing local business) in Canning Town (London Borough of Newham), April 2020. 

In all cases we worked with Planning Officers to build in maximum flexibility for future use and provided strategic advice to streamline the application process where possible.
