Proposed Development:

NTR Planning achieved full planning permission and listed building consent on behalf of Winger Ltd for the Former Bromley Town Hall (Grade II Listed) to provide a creative co-working office space and hub, together with a new hotel and restaurant facilities.

This scheme sought to sensitively restore, convert and extend the vacant Town Hall Building in close collaboration with Historic England and the London Borough of Bromley, resulting in the building being removed from the Historic England Buildings at Risk Register.

This permission was secured alongside the grant of planning permission for a 53 unit residential apartment building on adjoining land serving as enabling development to safeguard the viable delivery of the listed building project and provide much needed homes within the town centre.
