Proposed Development:

Roundswell Retail Park is located in Barnstaple, Devon.  NTR Planning has acted for Canada Life for a number of years to deliver a range of schemes at the retail park including the softening of bulky goods restrictions and planning permissions for additional floorspace.  This has seen the arrival of a number of new tenants, including Sports Direct, Home Bargains, a new standalone Costa unit and Aldi. 

NTR Planning have undertaken a number of retail impact analyses and centre health checks to justify these development and, in 2019, were successful in securing, on appeal, physical upgrades to the facades of the retail terrace.
