NTR Planning recently acted for Canada Life to secure planning permission for the demolition of the Tenpin bowling centre in Millbrook, Southampton, and the construction of a builders’ merchant for Travis Perkins. The scheme presented a number of arboricultural challenges, as the site contained a number of mature trees subject to a Tree Preservation Order.
