Proposed Development:

Planning permission was secured at Committee in 2017 for a 3025 sq.m. industrial warehouse and open storage (B8 with ancillary offices) in the open countryside in Ashford borough. NTR Planning were the planning project managers for the project. The site was part of a former horticultural nursery and the planning justification included the lack of suitable alternative sites within Ashford and the need to retain an existing business within the Borough. Planning considerations included highways implications and noise impacts on the nearby residential property.

Since its original involvement in the site, NTR Planning have assisted in achieving amendments to the original planning permission, discharge of conditions, sale of the site and have been retained by the new owners of the site to see the building out of the development which is due to be completed in 2025.
