Proposed Development:

Two Rivers is a large shopping area on the edge of Staines-upon-Thames town centre.  NTR Planning acted for the fund’s (Barclays) asset managers, abrdn, for a number of years to deliver a range of schemes.  This has included the change of use of an office development to residential; the demolition of a number of High Street properties to enable to the development of a 155-bed hotel for Premier Inn; a new M&S Foodhall; stores for Lidl and Pets at Home and range of other town centre uses, including a number of leisure uses and restaurants such as KFC and Wagamama.

After Barclays disposed of the Retail Park, NTR Planning are now acting for the new owners, M&G, and recently represented them at the examination in public for the new Local Plan for the area to promote an allocation for residential redevelopment.
