Proposed Development:

In November 2023 we received planning permission for a replacement river Thames flood defence (revetment) at Morden Wharf, Charlton.  We worked with numerous statutory consultees, including the Environment Agency and the Port of London Authority, as well as officers at the Council to achieve a development that successfully resolved the sometimes competing needs of effective engineered design to achieve flood defence, ecological enhancement and improved public accessibility along the Thames Path (widening of a narrow and undesirable stretch of Thames Path).
