NTR planning work regularly with Westfield London to secure planning permission and advertisement consent for various different uses, physical alterations and advertisement displays.  The retail market has changed significantly over the past 5 years and we have worked with Westfield to secure flexibility for incoming tenants and unit specific changes of use where required. 

Westfield is a Metropolitan town centre and we have also secured planning permission for the active and vibrant use of Westfield’s external spaces for various seasonal community events, for example festive ice skating, summer cinema screen with bar and external seating, live music etc.  as well as physical alterations to the building to upgrade the iconic ‘Village’ section of the shopping centre to accommodate exclusive retail brands such as Louis Vuitton and Gucci.
